The Visionary Research Association (VRA) Inc., in partnership with the Visionary Training Center, held a two-day virtual research conference and awarding ceremony via Zoom Teleconference on September 26-27, 2024, titled 1st National Interdisciplinary Virtual Research Conference and Visionary Excellence Awards 2024.

With the theme "Engaging the Future: Research at the Intersection of Technology, Society, and Sustainability," the virtual event drew experts, scholars, and emerging researchers from around the nation to explore and feature engaging presentations and discussions.

Participants presented their research findings in various fields as the panelists, Dr. Jerald Anthony C. Esteban and Mr. Eric D. Palmerola, guided them. The former also served as the resource speaker on Day 1.

Day 2 of the conference continued with more presentations, followed by question and evaluation sessions, where panelists provided insightful feedback after a series of questions.

To cap off the event, the 1st Visionary Excellence Awards 2024 was held live-streamed via the official Facebook page of the VRA Inc. This ceremony celebrated diverse individuals' instruction, research, and extension contributions.

The awarding of the best research and presentations from the conference followed, recognizing the hard work and dedication of the participants in their studies.

Ms. Kei D. Inansugan, President of VRA Inc., expressed her pride in this successful endeavor and the passion exhibited by the participants throughout the two-day affair.

"This conference is just the beginning of more collaborative efforts to support innovative research that makes a difference in society," Inansugan said.

The Visionary Research Association Inc. plans to continue fostering a platform for researchers to present, collaborate, and advance their work with future events to promote advanced research and interdisciplinary collaboration.
